Hi, I’m Azzy, but you might also know me as Refrizor in Minecraft. I’m the Project Lead at Inferris, which means I created the Inferris project and am its sole developer. My passions include making the world a better place, software engineering, psychology, and traveling. Inferris is a project close to my heart, and I’m committed to building a space where people can connect, share, and grow together.

Interests and Expertise[edit | edit source]

I find joy in every aspect of Inferris, but I’m particularly invested in nurturing the project and fostering its growth, especially the community. My involvement spans the technical aspects of Inferris, including the backend and frontend architecture for our Minecraft server, the website, and our Discord integration.

I’m deeply passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space for real conversation, whether it’s light-hearted or deeply meaningful. Above all, I want Inferris to be a haven where everyone feels they can truly be themselves.

Community Building[edit | edit source]

The values we hold at Inferris mean the world to me. Having felt alone at various points in my life, I want this project to be a place where people find a sense of belonging. My goal is to build a supportive, inclusive environment that nurtures positive connections.

Inferris isn’t launched yet, but I’m laying the groundwork for what I hope will be a thriving community. I’m continually improving myself by reading, learning, and engaging with others, aiming to be the best role model I can be. My vision is to create a strong, mature 17+ community where people can engage authentically.

Background[edit | edit source]

Before dedicating myself fully to Inferris, I was an administrator at DiamondFire. During my time there, I took on various roles, from staff management to events manager and community manager, along with moderating from 2014 to 2017. I’m retired from that role now, but those experiences shaped my approach to community building and management at Inferris.
