The One-Way Ticket Policy is a strict enforcement measure in the Inferris community. Under this policy, if a member is permanently banned from the community, the ban is final and non-negotiable. The policy is named "One-Way Ticket" because there is no return once the ban is issued.

• No Appeals: Once a permanent ban is issued under this policy, there is no appeal process available. The decision is final, and the member will not be allowed to rejoin the community.
• Careful Consideration: Before issuing a ban, the moderation team carefully evaluates the situation to ensure that banning is the most appropriate action.
• Focus on Community Safety: The primary goal of the One-Way Ticket Policy is to maintain a safe and nurturing environment within the community. This policy helps prevent potential bad actors from re-entering the community and disrupting its positive atmosphere.
• Potential for Updates: While the current policy is in effect, an appeal system exists in the background and can be enabled if the community leadership decides to modify or lift the policy in the future. However, if the policy is ever lifted, it remains unclear whether members banned prior to the change will have the opportunity to appeal, as they may still be subject to the original policy, which might only apply to new bans moving forward due to its binding nature.
